September 2009 was the beginning of our annual Lake Powell trip! We had a huge group of people go, and we had the best time. All in attendance: Tyler, Nicole, Madison, Trevor, James,

Bodi, Linda, Dave, Nick's parents (can't recall their names at the moment), Garrett, Nicole, and a few others that I did not know very well. Anyway, it was an awesome trip, and we are so glad that so many attended. We can't wait for next year!

Looks like you have been having a blast! And you are welcome... I have had several emails like yours so I am comforted knowing that sharing my story was the right thing to do. (if my blog wasn't private I wouldn't do it though, I'm not that brave!) But I do beleive God gives us trials and we are supposed to learn from those and help others. When my brother died I had a hard time, but I knew that I needed to go through that to help someone out later. And I ended up helping a 15 year old girl, and since I had been there done that I was the only person who understood her. So since then I have vowed to be open because it did make a difference. Neither one of those events are ones I like to talk about, but when I feel I need to I will. I am glad it touched you. I hope everything goes well for you! Hows school?
